Kathleen Fox has more than three decades of public, non-profit and private sector experience in community revitalization, community capital projects and public administration. A Harvard Loeb Fellow and German Marshall Fund of the United States Strong Cities Strong Communities Fellow, Kathy has diverse experience with cities. She helped to launch the $100 million restoration of Ohio’s state house and capitol grounds, serving as the founding director of the non-profit Capital Square Foundation. Kathy was later the inaugural director of the Ohio Cultural Facilities Commission where she led oversight of$500 million in bond-funded capital improvements grants for community capital facilities. A trained mediator, Kathy has also worked with neighborhoods and communities to negotiate real estate development projects that address community concerns. A graduate of The Ohio State University Knowlton School of Architecture, Kathy also holds three graduate certificates: the Harvard University Loeb Fellowship, Cleveland State University Public Management Academy, and Capital University Law School program in Alternative Dispute Resolution and Mediation.
